The Sisters of Charity Foundation of Canton is recruiting for a part time administrative assistant.

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for ensuring a professional office environment that is effective and efficient and that reflects the mission of the Sisters of CharityFoundation of Canton. Responsibilities include receptionist duties, facilities support, purchasing, filing, organizing Foundation records, and processing accounts payable.  The Administrative Assistant also assists the President in a wide variety of technical and confidential secretarial and administrative tasks.

The position requires advanced computer skills; working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook); and the ability to learn new software systems as needed.  Excellent organizational and communication skills are required, as well as attention to detail, accuracy and strong proofreading skills.  A proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently and exemplify high standards of conduct, along with an understanding and respect of confidentiality is necessary.  High school diploma with office administrative courses and a minimum of 5 years of related experience required.
